Sahab Kamalovich Mavlyutov was born December 21, 1907, in the village of Tat. Uraikino, Staro-Mainsky district, Ulyanovsk region in the family farmhand. The beginning of the literary and creative activity of S. Uraisky refers to 1927. He appears in the press with poems, stories and essays. In subsequent years, he wins wide popularity as a poet. From year to year, the themes of Uraisky's works are expanding. He tells his readers about the most important events in the life of the USSR. Singing the labour and military exploits of the Soviet people, the Soviet youth, S. Uraisky tries to instil in readers a deep sense of patriotism, love of labour, seeks to instil in young people the best features of the Soviet man.
