Misfortune

Category: Poetry
There is a woman in the world alone.
I like her more than anything,
The whole world she could captivate,
But this beauty is married.
— Is she in love with her husband?
— As with the devil,— I'll say confidently.
— Well, if so, old man,
Your hope is not lost!
Let her hurry to divorce,
While her life is not ruined,
And you, if you're single, marry!
And be not separated from your beloved.
— Ah, brother, in your place
I could've said the same thing...
But, you know, my misfortune is that
This villain is my wife!
